tailored to diverse audiences.
As a Certified Debt Counselor, Corporate Credit Consultant, and
the Managing Director of Debtors Care Limited, Kanyi has guided
countless individuals, families, and businesses on strategies to
overcome debt, build sustainable financial habits, and achieve longterm
financial stability.

Anne Mabwai is our Operations and Business Development Lead, bringing
with her over 15 years of progressive experience in Management and
Operations. A key pillar of the organization, Anne is instrumental in
ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities, aligning operations
with strategic goals, and fostering sustainable growth.
She embodies the company’s commitment to excellence through her
guiding philosophy: “Practice the philosophy of continuous improvement.

Throughout her career, Anne has worked with a variety of organizations,
from start-ups to well-established institutions, steadily rising through the
ranks to her current leadership position.
Her vast expertise allows her to seamlessly double up as the Business
Development Lead, where she excels in identifying opportunities, sourcing
and onboarding clients, and building strong relationships across SMEs,
corporates, and government entities.
Anne is an Associate Member of the Institute of Human Resource
Management (IHRM) and holds a Diploma in Business Administration
and Human Resource Management. She is currently advancing her
academic credentials by pursuing a Bachelor of Management and
Leadership at the Management University of Africa.
Her combination of hands-on experience and academic pursuit makes her a

Open, and Two-Way.” This quote resonates deeply with Caroline, whose
passion for authentic and effective communication has shaped her career
for over 15 years. With extensive experience in communications and
marketing, she has served in various roles across reputable organizations
including Apex Communications, KCA University, Liquid Telecom, and
the Sameer Group.
What continues to draw Caroline to the field of communication is her
unique ability to transform abstract ideas into compelling, visual narratives.
Her creative eye is complemented by hands-on skills in graphic design,
acquired from the Academy of Graphic Technologies, and strong expertise
in digital marketing, enabling her to craft messaging that connects across
platforms and audiences.
At Debtor’s Care, Caroline leads both internal and external
communications, ensuring that the voice of the organization is consistent,
clear, and aligned with its core values. She plays a key role in ensuring that
programs and initiatives are conveyed in a language that resonates with
stakeholders and reflects the heart of the organization.
Caroline holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Daystar
University and is a certified digital marketing expert, having completed
several recognized certifications—including those offered by Google in
partnership with the Open University.
